Follow that Shiny star to return to Earth that was! The Pennsylvania Browncoats invite you to the Browncoat Ball in Bethlehem, home of Bethlehem Steel. Join us for Browncoat Ball 2024 on the weekend of October 25-27 at the Centennial and Homewood Suites. We have an amazing weekend of events culminating in the Browncoat Ball!
Saturday’s Entertainment Tracks will feature a visit to Earth that was (National Museum of Industrial History tour or Historic Bethlehem walking tour). Visitors wanting a more low key day can hang in our hospitality suite partaking in board/card games. We will also be having a weekend long Stich n Bitch in the hospitality room (needles and yarn will be provided for stitching, the bitching may need help from your fellow Browncoats. We will also try to get a Bao Making class set up (all the rooms are suites with stove tops!)
The Browncoat Ball will take place at the amazing Centennial Event Center and we will be staying at the connected Homewood Suites by Hilton Allentown Bethlehem Center Valley. 
The “Browncoat Ball” room block is already open! Room rates start at $189 plus tax for the Studio King per night (Room block is available from Thursday, October 24,2024 to Monday, October 28, 2024). All room options come with kitchenette and pull-out couch.
You can make your reservations online through this BCB Room Reservation Link if booking rooms for between Thursday, 10/24/2024 to Monday, 10/28/2024. You can also call 610-351-6400 (Direct Hotel Reservation). Refer to the group code Browncoat Ball”. First night’s room and tax will be required when making reservation.
All rooms should be reserved before 9/24/2024, as the remaining unused rooms will be released into the hotel’s inventory for resale. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a “space available” basis at the hotel’s prevailing guest room rate at the time.
