Please Note Info & Closing Dates for T-Shirts and Prize Drawing Tickets:  

• Prize Drawing Ticket sales will end Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 at midnight. Drawing for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners will be held on Thursday, September 17th, 2026.
• Sales will close for T-Shirt orders on Thursday, October 1st, 2026 at midnight.
• T-Shirt orders can be picked up at registration during the event weekend! If you can’t attend but still want to support the Browncoat Ball, we can ship orders in the weeks after the event — just message us here to let us know to hold for shipping, or include a note via PayPal checkout.
