Serenity in Atmo

  • National Airport (Reagan National for non-locals) is along the subway and a few short stops from Union Station.  A quick lyft or metro trip and you will be across the border and safe!
  • Washington Dulles International Airport is 28 miles from the hotel – more depending on traffic – and probably a 45 minute to hour drive.   It’s an option but a flight to National would be easier on you.
  • Baltimore Washington International Airport is 31 miles from the hotel and probably an hour to hour an a half drive.   It’s an option but a flight to National would be easier on you.

Taxi service and car rentals are available to Washington DC from these locations.

Driving The MuleNot recommended.  Really.  Parking is a whooping $54/day Valet parking.  There are no other good options, except trying to find another garage in the area (which are not plentiful).  There are better things to spend $150+ credits on.  Including buying your friend a ticket and making them take you to the Ball in return!

There are so many different routes into DC I will let google map guide you.  I will warn you that if you take 395 into DC you will be taking exit 9 INSIDE THE TUNNEL to get off the highway.  GPS doesn’t always want to work in the tunnel and you might miss that instruction.  So heads up.  Driving is complicated so follow all the steps and do your best.

Or just, you know, don’t drive.
