Pre-weekend Browncoat Meet-up (likely in the Hotel Lobby, but check back to be sure) starting around 6pm. If you want to arrive early, we will belly up to the bar because the Hero of Canton (and his friends!) gets the best whiskey in the house!

Big Damn Bus Tour

8:00 am – 4:00 pm — Bus Tour of Firefly/Serenity Filming Locations

Departs Hotel Lexen at 8:00am Friday morning.

Serenity Charity Movie Screening

7:00 pm – 11:55 pm — Watch our big damn heroes on the big screen in Serenity. This will be a CSTS charity screening on the rooftop bar of the Hotel Lexen.

We’ll have Raffles, auctions, the movie, fun, entertainment, food and prizes!

Space Cowboy Lounge

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm — Socialize and swap war stories with your fellow Browncoats at the Space Cowboy Lounge on the roof of the Hotel Lexen.

Banquet & Ball

6:00 pm – 11:00 pm — Browncoat Ball 2025 main event – a delicious dinner banquet, live music, fancy dancing, raffles, auctions, prizes, and more! All at Hart & Main, around the corner from Hotel Lexen.

Hospitality

After all that, if you still have some energy, we’ll be retiring to various places for late-night shenanigans. Play some games with new friends, go check out any nearby late-night venues, swap more stories of your adventures.
