The 2012 Browncoat Ball<\/strong>\u00a0will be held at the\u00a0Sheraton Uptown<\/a>\u00a0in Albuquerque, New\u00a0Mexico, on\u00a0the weekend of September 14th-16th and will be hosted by the Albuquerque Browncoats<\/a>. The Albuquerque Browncoats<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0were founded to share our love of Firefly<\/a> and Serenity<\/a> <\/em> with fellow fans. We also enjoy doing good works \u2013 we have hosted successful and fun Can\u2019t Stop The Serenity<\/em><\/a> (CSTS) events for the past three years to raise money for\u00a0charity. We\u00a0are looking forward to hosting\u00a0the Browncoat Ball\u00a0here in The Land of Enchantment<\/em> and sharing the unique and eclectic blending of cultures that create our part of the \u2018Verse!<\/p>\n

Our website offers\u00a0travel ideas<\/a>\u00a0throughout the region for those who want to extend their stay and visit other areas on their own during the beauty of\u00a0the\u00a0Southwest’s fall\u00a0season.We are all working together to bring you a fantastic Ball Weekend experience with many exciting inclusive options. You\u2019ll find a great amount of information on our site including ideas for those Browncoats wanting to set out on their own during an extended stay. Our site also has a\u00a0Discussion Forum<\/a>\u00a0for those who\u2019d like to connect with other Browncoats beforehand to plan their trip together.
