Whatever happened to all the props and costumes used in the original\u00a0TV show and the Big Damn Movie?\u00a0 Well, a\u00a0lot of them ended up here on the East Coast, with some in the hands of New England Browncoats<\/a>. Come see our Museum of artifacts from ‘Earths-To-Be’ as we to share a collection of screen-used, cast-from-used and replica props with us at the Browncoat Ball!<\/p>\n

Here are just a couple of the items you’ll see:<\/p>\n

\"Zoe's<\/a>Zoe’s stunt Mare’s leg<\/strong>:
\nThe is the ‘pistol’ you see Gina Torres as Zoe carry in nearly any scene where she isn’t shooting someone. Much lighter to wear than a real hog’s leg, this production-made pistol allowed our Zoe to move unimpeded about the ship.<\/p>\n

\"Alliance<\/a>Alliance soldier helmet<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Helmets like this one were the B grade, or ‘background’ helmets for the Mobile Infantry from the movie “Starship Troopers.” Over 30 of the Bs found their way to Fox, and after having been given a shiny purple paint job were re-purposed for the foot soldiers of the Anglo-Sino Alliance. You can see them in such episodes as Serenity, Bushwacked, The Train Job, and Safe.<\/p>\n
