The WANTED GAME
If you’re looking for a way to deepen your immersion in the ‘Verse during the Ball, consider participating in our ‘WANTED’ GAME.
What better place than a Core world Ball for outlaws to look for jobs and bounty hunters to seek their quarry?
This LARP-style game, which will be limited to 30 participants, will take place over the course of the weekend and will not interfere in your ability to participate in other Ball activities. Those persons participating will be also receive tickets they may apply toward the auction.
Ball Attendees interested in participating as OUTLAWS are asked to submit a photo of themselves in garb (to be used in creating their ‘Wanted’ poster), along with the crimes they are accused of. They may be wanted by the Alliance or by local law officials. The deadline for applying for WANTED Roles is October 15th, to allow time to create the posters OR whenever the 10 slots are filled.
Persons interested in participating as BOUNTY HUNTERS may so indicate at any time up Registration. At that time they will receive a handout explaining the specifics of the game. In essence, bounty hunters, utilizing on-site ‘Wanted’ posters as reference, will seek out and take outlaws into custody, receiving a reward for their capture and accumulating points. The bounty hunter accumulating the highest number of points will receive a prize.
Outlaws are encouraged to utilize disguises. They may be recaptured by each participating bounty hunter, provided they are recognized. The outlaw who has best eluded capture will receive a prize.
