Reservation Method
Reservations will be made by individuals by calling Central Reservations at 1-800-THE OMNI (1-800-843-6664) and referring to the group and meeting name. Reservations must be received on or before the cut-off date.
Guest Rooms Check In/Out
The guest check-in time is 3:00 P.M. We would appreciate guest arrival after this time. Please be assured, however, that every effort will be made to accommodate guests who arrive at the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown before 3:00 P.M. Check out time is 12:00 Noon.
Reservation Deadline
Friday, September 19, 2008.
The Omni Austin Hotel Downtown requires all individual reservations to be guaranteed (with a major credit card number or by guaranteeing your rooms to an approved master billed account) at least ten (10) business days prior to arrival. All reservations not guaranteed ten (10) business days prior to arrival are subject to cancellation. All cancellations must be received before 48 hours of the day of arrival to prevent a cancellation charge equal to one night's room and tax.
Early Departure Fees
Departure dates will be confirmed with individual guests upon check in, at which time they will be given the opportunity to adjust their departure date. Each guest will sign a statement that they are aware $50.00 will be charged to their account should they check out prior to their confirmed departure date.
